ECFMG is recruiting for Seasonal ERAS Analysts in the Philadelphia, PA office. The Seasonal ERAS Analysts will review and process a high volume of residency and fellowship applications within a team environment. ;provide applicants and medical schools support via phone, e-mail and chat; conduct comprehensive training on ERAS procedures in accordance with procedural guidelines outlined by the department. This is a FT seasonal positon that will begin on June 12th , 2017 and the season will end as of October 13th, 2017.  The season may end sooner for some staff based on work load.  There is a 35 hour work week with options for overtime in August & September.  You must be available to work the entire season and able to work full time hours.


  • Strong administrative skills and advanced computer skills within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skills and ability to work with in-house software is a must.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communications, maintain a mature and professional demeanor, comprehend and carry-out standard operating procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ability to lead, train and work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resourcefulness in difficult situations.


  • Reviews and processes residency and fellowship application documents in an efficient and timely manner; guides applicants through processes related to their residency and fellowship application.
  • Identifies unique applicant cases, defines resolutions, and seeks approval by manager and documents actions.
  • Targets a 100% accuracy rate in quality assurance by assisting management with the overall departmental quality control process.
  • Provides applicant support via phone, e-mail and chat, as scheduled and assigned by management.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with management, peers, & agency staff to ensure quality and timely transmission of all applications.
  • Conducts comprehensive training on quality control procedures in accordance with procedural guidelines outlined in the departmental training manual.
  • Trains ERAS assistants on the visual inspection process of all documentation required for the applicant's application.
  • Assists with the on-going development of ERAS procedures by providing input for operational enhancements.


  • Experience working in a fast-pace, high production customer service setting with on-going client communication and support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform evaluative processing with a high rate of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability, willingness, and flexibility to work and function as part of a team, capable of maintaining professional attitude and personal commitment while delivering quality service.


  • Associates degree or two or more year's related work experience.
